This has been a strange year, to say the least, and international travel has been severely restricted. We are missing hanging out with friends and family and experiencing in-person connections over good food and wine.

What’s the next best thing?

Travel virtually to Paris to hang with Tanisha from Girl Meets Glass who will be pairing up a few of her favorite French wines with two delicious holiday dishes I’ll be making… it’s going to be so much fun! You’ll also meet some wines from my favorite winery, Querciabella, in Tuscany, Italy.

Tanisha Townsend has cultivated a community of wine enthusiasts through an unyielding passion for oenology.

As Chief Wine Officer of lifestyle agency Girl Meets Glass, Tanisha leads wine classes and tours in Paris (and virtually) and has created a guide to wine bars in Paris, 75 in the 75. She also hosts the podcast, Wine School Dropout.

Her goal is to empower individuals with an advanced knowledge of wine & spirits in order to build confidence in their tastes and make choices as a better-informed consumer.

Sunny Gandara is the United States Brand Director for Querciabella, an organic, biodynamic, and vegan winery located in Tuscany, Italy.

Sunny has worked across all facets of the wine industry for the past 15 years. She holds her WSET Diploma and is a Certified Wine Educator through the Society of Wine Educators.

A professionally trained chef, Sunny is the author of two blogs, Sunny Gandara, focusing on pairing wines with plant-based foods from around the world, and Arctic Grub, where she veganized Norwegian and Scandinavian dishes.
