Can we really go on as we have been?

Daily we hear of people having strokes, heart attacks, being diagnosed with diabetes, cancer, and suffering other lifestyle-related issues from obesity to a number of autoimmune diseases.

It’s not only our health that’s suffering it’s our planet’s health as well.

Natural disasters, climate change, and environmental pollution are largely due to the way we produce food today; with a focus on maximizing profit without regard to the health of the planet or the human and non-human animals that inhabit it. Animals are crowded together in tiny spaces causing disease, contamination, and pollution. Farming practices are destroying the land.


Something has to change.

The first, most important, and easiest (with my support!) step you can make towards staying healthy and helping the earth is to leave animals off your plate.

How Do I Work?

I believe that all we ever have to do is the best we can moment-to-moment. We’ll go one step at a time toward achieving your program goals all the while you’ll feel safe knowing you have my patience, compassion, and understanding.

We don’t live in a perfect world and nobody is 100% vegan. You will never be judged for your level of veganism.

Ultimately, all of us are trying to improve and better ourselves, and every effort, no matter how large or small, will make a difference.

For 40 years of my life, I ate meat, fish, dairy, and eggs, (and I was a chef!) so I know that change can be hard and uncomfortable. While I’m vegan now, I haven’t forgotten what my mindset was like back then and how challenging it was at times to make the shift.

Your program will move through an organic process, led and inspired by your desires and goals. There will never be any pushing or convincing, only loving support and guidance.
