There is an abundance of quality spirits from the Nordic countries available. Not just the classic aquavits, but also gins, vodkas, whiskey and cognac and many more.
In this class we’ll explore some of these, as well as honor some American brands as well that honor their Scandinavian heritage.
Let’s have some fun and mix up a few seasonal cocktails while baking some delicious cookies and see how they all go together!

About Sunny
Sunny is a native of Norway and a professionally trained chef and wine consultant with over 15 years of experience in the food and wine industry. She had her own catering company for seven years, and today she is a vegan food blogger with a special focus on Norwegian cuisine.
Sunny was the U.S. brand director for Scandinavian ultra-premium vodka brand Heavy Water for several years, and has extensive experience as a mixologist and is also a Certified Specialist of Spirits through the Society of Wine Educators.
