Norvegan Christmas Cooking Class

featuring the wines of Querciabella

Looking for inspiration to bring some new and familiar flavors to your holiday table this year?

This might just be the class for you!

During this fun-filled (and last of the year) holiday cooking class, I will show you how to make four classic Norwegian dishes I grew up with for Christmas and how to pair them with some fabulous Italian wines. You may think of only beer and aquavit when hearing the word “Scandinavian Christmas” but believe me, Italian wines pair beautifully with Nordic flavors!

Let me help bring some cheer and deliciousness to your home to celebrate this very special time of year… we all deserve some enjoyment after this year don’t you think?

About the winery

Querciabella is one of Tuscany’s greatest wine estates and enjoys the acclaim of the world’s most discriminating critics and consumers for their wines, especially those being poured in class today. Querciabella is certified organic and vegan and is one of the very few wineries in the world practicing plant-based biodynamic.

With vineyards located throughout Tuscany’s Chianti Classico and Maremma, Querciabella exemplifies the mindful preservation of tradition through forward-thinking, albeit completely natural, winemaking.

Not only does Querciabella make some of Italy’s most iconic wines they are also steadfast in their commitment to fostering biodiversity in the vineyards.

Stressing the importance of working in harmony with nature, they believe this is the essence of what makes their wines so balanced, expressive, and unique.
