In class we’ll make the following dishes together:
Norwegian “Byggmelslapper”
Fluffy, hearty barley pancakes are sweet and savory and topped with strawberry jam and sour cream—the ultimate Norwegian treat!
Icelandic Skonsur
This popular pan-fried bread is more reminiscent of a pancake and enjoyed with butter and cheese or butter and syrup for a special breakfast or afternoon snack!
Norvegan Skoleboller
These cardamom buns are filled with vanilla custard and topped with confectioner’s glaze and shredded coconut. A popular ‘after school’ treat!
Icelandic Snúður
