I’ve spent countless days in the past few years perfecting plant-based meatballs. Meatballs that bring out all the flavors and memories of my mom’s kjøttkaker and karbonader. This is Nordic comfort food at its finest!
There are many ways to make these, but the versions of meatballs represented in this class are my most flavorful examples to date.
Whether you want a full main course or a snack, the class will give you a variety of ways to enjoy these, plus, you’ll get two bonus recipes for delicious sides!
And for dessert… the most popular dessert to serve on Christmas Eve in both Denmark and Norway, these creamy rice puddings are made from leftovers of rice porridge (risgrøt) mixed with a vanilla-scented whipped cream and served with a delicious cherry or raspberry sauce.
