Scandinavegan Wine Tasting and Cooking Class
This on demand class is a wonderful journey of discovering seasonal Scandinavian flavors and how to best pair them with wine.
The Menu
Kremet Soppsuppe
creamy mushroom soup with fresh herbs
Pytt i Panne
with roasted root vegetables, pickled beets, and horseradish cream
“Trollkrem”
Norwegian lingonberry mousse
All recipes are plant-based but with the same classic flavors of the dishes I grew up with.
We’ll be featuring three wines that you’ll discover are the perfect partners to the dishes we will be making together.
Meet the Winemaker
Leah is a one-woman show, having received high praise from wine critics around the country. She takes inspiration from her father’s farming heritage rooted in Denmark and Norway and from her mother’s winemaking family in Italy.
I’ll be featuring three of her most popular wines in-class plus you’ll get you a sneak peek at two of Leah’s other wines perfect for the upcoming holiday season.
