In this class we’ll make the following dishes:

Smoked Beets with Dill and Horseradish Pesto

Sweet, earthy beets get an upgrade when served with this Nordic-style delicious pesto for a gorgeous appetizer or side.

Grilled Potato Steaks with Dilled Mustard-Sour Cream Dressing

Nobody will miss the meat with these grill-marked, meaty potato steaks served with a flavorful classic sauce.

Charred Cabbage with Creamy Cashew Sauce, Spiced Breadcrumbs and Chives

Think you don’t like cabbage? This dish will change your mind and might just be my favorite thing I’ve ever cooked up on the grill.

Barbecuing is all about celebrating the flavors of the season, but also knowing how to infuse as much fresh flavor as possible into the lighter summer dishes we enjoy this time of year. 

In this Nordic-inspired BBQ class, we’ll transform beets, cabbage and potatoes into dishes every omnivore will enjoy and want more of.
