CONNECTION THROUGH COOKING

Connection through Cooking is a series inspired by the latest pandemic, where many of us felt more disconnected and isolated than ever before. Food has always been a source of connection, a common thread uniting people from all over the world. Who doesn’t enjoy sitting down to a beautiful table, relaxing and eating with people you love?

In today’s world, we need connection more than ever. Not just to each other but to nature itself. We have slowly lost touch with how to grow and cook our own food and how to respect our environment.

Connection through Cooking aims to change that by showing you how fun cooking actually is. As we learn to appreciate where our food comes from we become more grounded. Through these classes you’ll learn how to cook for health and pleasure—you don’t need to sacrifice one for the other.

Whether you join us live or watch an on-demand class, we come together from all over the world via Zoom to create three nutritious and delicious dishes per class. The recipes are often seasonally appropriate, taking into consideration ways to cook for maximum flavor and nutrition.

Along with each class, you’ll receive the complete recipes and a shopping list to make enjoying plant-based meals easier than ever.

In each class, I will feature an organic and vegan wine that I feel will go well with the dishes we’re making and share some tips on how you can create a successful pairing.

Then this class is for you!
